I'm a strong believer that age is just a number and proved this by completing the grueling Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon, one of the world’s toughest endurance races. For me, this challenge reinforces the idea that with the right lifestyle choices, we can all defy the conventional narrative that midlife marks the end of ambition or strength.
I envision a world where women embrace midlife as a time for growth, not decline. Our lifestyle and holistic health practices can help us overcome menopausal challenges, unlock new levels of energy, and achieve our most ambitious goals. With balanced nutrition, regular fitness, and mindfulness, we can continue to push boundaries, no matter our age. Midlife is not a time to slow down, it’s an opportunity to live with greater purpose and vitality.
